About the role
P&G’s Supply Network Operations (SNO) drives value creation by getting thousands of products onto store shelves in the right quantities, quality and timing. As an entry‑level Supply Chain Manager you will support forecasting, order flow, and physical distribution from suppliers through production plants to the customer’s shelf.
Key responsibilities
- Forecast customer demand and support production planning.
- Manage information flows for orders, shipments and invoices.
- Coordinate the physical flow of goods from suppliers through factories and distribution centres.
- Collaborate with internal and external functions to ensure product availability at the right place, cost and time.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
- 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking with problem‑solving ability.
- Leadership potential and ability to work in multifunctional teams.
