About the role

Tdawi Pharmacies is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join its New Cairo branch. This full‑time, on‑site position involves dispensing prescription and over‑the‑counter medications while providing professional advice on health, beauty, and wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription and OTC medications and verify prescription completeness.
• Counsel customers on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Advise customers on suitable beauty, skin‑care, hair‑care, oral‑care, and wellness products.
• Manage inventory, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow and accurate cash handling.
• Document patient records and adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and registration with the national pharmacy council.
• Strong knowledge of prescription and OTC medications, including indications, contraindications, dosage, and interactions.
• Experience in retail pharmacy operations, inventory control, and expiry monitoring.
• Ability to work full‑time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) and point‑of‑sale (POS) tools.
