Tender Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Tender Specialist to join EVA Pharma’s Market Access team. The role supports the company’s mission to improve health by managing the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor government, institutional and private sector tender portals to identify relevant bidding opportunities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end tender preparation, gathering regulatory, legal, financial and commercial documentation.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with tender specifications, deadlines and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Finance to develop competitive pricing strategies and cost calculations while respecting price ceilings and profitability targets.
• Facilitate legal finalisation and execution of awarded contracts and communicate terms to Supply Chain, Sales and Finance for implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in tender management, bids or contract administration within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
