Total Quality Manager

About the role

The Total Quality Manager will lead the quality function at our El-Minya plant, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and customer satisfaction. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with production, technical support, and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Integrate quality processes across business units to improve operational efficiency.
• Compile, analyse and report quality control data, develop statistical process control metrics, and manage non‑conformity reports.
• Prepare monthly quality performance summaries for senior leadership.
• Maintain the Staff Quality Record (SQR) database with accurate, up‑to‑date information.
• Design and deliver quality training programmes for manufacturing and supply‑chain personnel.
• Collaborate with Production Management to implement Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies.
• Work with Operations Management to establish robust process‑management and prevention strategies.
• Oversee supplier and service‑provider corrective‑action reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring product reliability and high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in total quality management, preferably in industrial or mining environments.
• Proven leadership skills, including team building, operational oversight and financial responsibility.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety, environmental management systems and regulatory compliance.
