Travel Advisor (Bilingual French-English Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Travel Advisor to help our clients plan and book their trips. The role involves delivering personalized travel solutions, guiding customers through the booking process and supporting them from inquiry to post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight, hotel and travel package bookings.
• Provide travel recommendations tailored to customer preferences and budgets.
• Create customized itineraries and travel plans.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel policies and necessary documentation.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Resolve booking issues and address customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with travel trends, destinations and promotional offers.
• Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and support upselling of travel services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, customer service or sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
