Vendor Auditor

About the role

Ertekaa, a leading Egyptian waste‑management company, is looking for a full‑time Vendor Auditor to join its Badr City office. The auditor will ensure that all external suppliers meet Ertekaa’s quality, safety and environmental requirements, supporting the company’s commitment to sustainable waste solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct regular audits of vendors’ processes, facilities and documentation.
• Assess compliance with Egyptian environmental legislation, ISO standards and internal safety policies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, non‑conformities and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop improvement plans and monitor implementation.
• Maintain accurate audit records and update the vendor management system.
• Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders on vendor performance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and ISO standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in audit methodologies and report preparation.
• Understanding of quality assurance techniques.
