Video Director – AI-Enhanced Luxury Visual Storytelling

About the role

Orange Antelopes is seeking a senior Video Director to lead AI‑augmented luxury visual storytelling for global audiences. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating high‑impact video content that aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of global video assets, including brand campaigns, property showcases, investor presentations, virtual tours, testimonials, and event coverage.
• Translate scripts and creative briefs into detailed shot lists, storyboards, and production plans.
• Direct on‑location and studio shoots across the UAE and international markets, managing crew, talent, and logistics.
• Maintain visual and cinematic standards, overseeing color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and post‑production workflows.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools to accelerate ideation, pre‑visualization, and asset creation.
• Supervise AI interns and collaborate with AI operators to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Develop platform‑native video formats for social channels and tailor creatives for paid media campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in video production, preferably within luxury or high‑end brands.
• Fluent Arabic and conversational English.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑market productions on time and on budget.
