Visual Merchandiser – Retail & Fashion

About the role

Snuggs Egypt is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create and maintain attractive visual displays in its New Cairo store, supporting brand identity and sales targets. The role involves collaborating with sales and management teams to ensure product placement, seasonal guidelines, and store appearance are on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain attractive visual displays aligned with the brand identity
• Ensure correct product placement to maximize sales performance
• Implement seasonal and promotional VM guidelines
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to support store targets
• Monitor display performance and adjust based on customer behaviour
• Maintain store visuals, mannequins, and window displays
• Train store staff on basic visual merchandising standards
• Ensure store appearance is always clean, organised, and on‑brand

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (fashion or retail)
• Strong fashion sense with attention to detail
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer flow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented
