Waiter – VOX Cinemas

About the role

Join the VOX Cinemas team as a Waiter and deliver exceptional food and beverage service to cinema guests. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a memorable cinema experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Set, clear, and clean tables before and after service.
• Provide menu information, upsell items, and handle guest inquiries or complaints.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area and follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory as needed.
• Support teammates during busy periods or special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage or hospitality (cinema or restaurant preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Adherence to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times.
