About the role

Join COLIN'S as a Warehouse Operations Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely fulfillment of fashion retail and e‑commerce orders. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through efficient warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure high‑accuracy e‑commerce order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock reconciliations, and handle returns and reverse logistics.
• Coordinate with logistics, store, and customer service teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Maintain warehouse KPIs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and plan for peak‑season readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within fashion retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English.
