Wholesale Sales Representative – Hybrid (Cairo)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join Dandana’s dynamic team in Cairo. The role combines on‑site client interaction with remote collaboration, offering a hybrid work environment to expand our market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with new and existing wholesale clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, deliver compelling presentations and close wholesale deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to shape sales strategies.
• Develop deep product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of proven success in a wholesale or B2B sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass challenging sales targets.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and client management.
• Analytical mindset to assess market dynamics and identify opportunities.
• Effective presentation abilities and a proactive business‑development approach.
• Organized time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
