Account Manager (East Delta Region)

About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and coordination with internal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to health & safety legislation and company policies.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s presence within assigned territories or accounts.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing in line with company guidelines.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Act as the main interface between the customer and the company, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with sales operations, dispatch, logistics, and plant teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, customer visits, and revenue performance.
