Account Manager – Finance (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our hospitality group as an Account Manager. You will lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision‑making in a dynamic hotel and food services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records using Sun System and Fidelio, process transactions and generate reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Manage tax compliance, reporting and GAAP adherence.
• Develop, monitor budgets and implement cost‑control measures.
• Drive revenue management initiatives to enhance profitability.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Implement internal audit procedures to safeguard assets.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven managerial experience overseeing finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data.
