Account Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Account Manager – Food & Beverage drives profitable growth, customer retention, and service excellence across a portfolio of food, beverage, and dairy accounts in Egypt. You will combine consultative selling with technical support to help customers improve food safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales, profitability, and retention targets by executing business plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify and expand solution penetration within existing accounts and support new‑business initiatives.
• Conduct on‑site assessments, recommend sanitation programs, SOPs, and operational improvements.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dispensing and application equipment as needed.
• Deliver training on food safety, equipment operation, and compliance to customer teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and communicate measurable value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management within the food, beverage, or dairy sector.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on customer success.
• Ability to travel across the assigned territory and conduct regular on‑site visits.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Food safety and sanitation expertise.
• Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of dispensing and application equipment.
• Development and implementation of sanitation programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
