Account Manager

About the role

Sakneen is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for our real‑estate clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our AI‑powered tools, managing delivery timelines, and turning client needs into actionable direction for internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with real‑estate developer clients.
• Onboard new clients and guide product adoption, including hands‑on work in Excel during onboarding.
• Coordinate across product, technology, and operations teams to meet client commitments.
• Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen partnerships.
• Track account health and surface risks early.

Required profile

• Up to 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or project management.
• Experience in real estate, tech, or CRM is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
