About the role

We are seeking an Accountant Expert to work remotely and support the development of next‑generation AI systems. In this position you will apply accounting expertise to shape model training, ensure data quality, and provide actionable financial insights for technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex marketing and financial data to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop and implement standardized rubrics and frameworks that support AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee accounting accuracy and regulatory compliance within innovative tech initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on accounting principles to inform model development and data validation.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly through written and verbal communication.
• Monitor industry best practices and integrate them into ongoing projects.
• Support client teams in refining data‑driven strategies with actionable accounting insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to analyze data and apply accounting knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Experience creating structured rubrics and frameworks for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and independent problem‑solving skills.
