Accounting Manager

About the role

Blu EV is seeking a proactive Accounting Manager to lead its accounting operations and deliver accurate financial information on time. Reporting to the Accounting Director, you will manage a team of accountants, oversee month‑end closing, and ensure the integrity of the General Ledger.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance.
• Manage the monthly financial closing process, guaranteeing timely and accurate results.
• Maintain General Ledger accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure statutory and audit compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements, efficiency gains and stronger internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on reporting, collections and cross‑functional accounting activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting regulations and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in general accounting.
• Previous experience supervising an accounting team.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial closing, GL management and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
