Accounting Manager – Tourism Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance function within the tourism sector. The successful candidate will oversee daily financial operations, manage a dedicated accounting team, and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day accounting activities and team performance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
• Monitor general ledgers, execute month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Conduct internal audits and improve accounting systems.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business objectives.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Prior experience in the tourism industry is essential.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work standard hours (9:00 AM‑5:00 PM) with Fridays and Saturdays off.
