About the role
The Administrative Affairs Manager oversees all administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations across the organisation. This role combines office, facilities and fleet management with team leadership, budgeting and compliance responsibilities, reporting directly to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative activities and develop policies to improve efficiency.
- Manage office services including record keeping, mail distribution, supply procurement and workspace allocation.
- Direct fleet management: vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, usage monitoring and cost‑control measures.
- Lead, train and mentor administrative staff, set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
- Prepare and manage the department budget, control expenses and approve invoices and contracts.
- Coordinate facility services, building security, health‑and‑safety compliance and office relocations.
- Facilitate communication between the administrative team and other departments, acting as liaison for operational issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading and mentoring administrative teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Experience managing budgets, controlling expenses and approving contracts.
- Background in overseeing fleet operations, vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with senior management and other departments.
