Aftersales Service Engineer

About the role

The Aftersales Service Engineer will lead and improve the performance of our service operations team. You will be responsible for monitoring targets, developing supervisors, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and develop the maintenance team’s performance against set targets.
• Execute sector strategies by creating objectives, plans, and tracking their implementation.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations, communicating team needs to management.
• Develop performance plans for service supervisors, coach them, and follow up on KPI achievement.
• Enhance cross‑functional relations to improve overall service performance and response times.
• Lead operational projects, initiating new initiatives and contributing to ongoing ones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in service or aftersales engineering.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, logical and analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a multifunctional environment.
