Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

Geidea is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of payment services products. You will coordinate development, release, and implementation activities while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate product delivery from development through implementation.
• Manage release activities and resources to achieve successful launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor progress, track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and report status.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive product delivery plans covering the full product lifecycle.
• Define, track, and report on delivery performance using KPIs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate product risks and dependencies.
• Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of delivery experience in payment services and card issuing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with Agile product delivery and incremental roll‑out.
• Deep knowledge of payment services, including gateways, POS/ECR, eCommerce, and acquiring.
• Fintech and banking sector experience is mandatory.
