Agile Delivery Manager – Senior Associate

About the role

PWC is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager at Senior Associate level to lead the implementation and optimisation of agile and scrum practices across client projects. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, align with strategic objectives, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise backlogs, define user stories and manage sprint commitments.
• Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects in an agile environment, preferably within a consulting or advisory setting.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to break down complex problems.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to engage clients and internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, ask insightful questions and adapt quickly.
