Agile Delivery Manager – Senior Manager

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager at Senior Manager level to lead project portfolio optimisation and agile transformation for clients in Cairo. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding teams through complex delivery challenges while fostering a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation to achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Implement, optimise and scale agile methodologies and scrum frameworks across multiple engagements.
• Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams, facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic advice, influence stakeholders and communicate holistic project narratives.
• Make decisive actions in ambiguous situations and ensure compliance with professional standards.

• Senior‑level experience in agile delivery and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, solve complex problems and influence senior stakeholders.
