Agricultural Engineer (Irrigation & Fertilization)

About the role

The Agricultural Engineer will oversee and supervise all on‑site agricultural activities at our Siwa Oasis farm, ensuring projects are implemented correctly and production targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest and disease control.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare periodic performance and productivity reports.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve production goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience supervising agricultural sites or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, pest management and overall agricultural practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to reside full‑time in Siwa for 30‑day work periods (company provides accommodation and meals).
