AI & Agile Transformation Head

About the role

The AI & Agile Transformation Head will steer Crédit Agricole Egypt’s AI and Agile initiatives, building a high‑performing transformation tower that integrates digital squads, Agile coaches and analysts. This senior leader will shape the bank’s AI roadmap, embed Agile practices across teams and ensure governance, security and change adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AI/Agile Transformation Tower, managing digital squads, Agile coaches and analysts.
• Develop and maintain the bank’s AI roadmap, prioritising high‑value use cases and MVPs.
• Embed Agile methodologies, rituals and standards across digital and transformation teams.
• Ensure compliance, cyber‑security alignment and governance for all digital and AI initiatives.
• Directly manage key AI projects, including predictive models and journey redesign.
• Maintain portfolio visibility using Triskell and Jira.
• Coordinate with Change Management to drive adoption and sustainability of new processes.
• Build AI literacy, digital capability and Agile maturity throughout the organisation.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and mentoring to transformation managers and officers.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of transversal banking experience across different departments and functions, preferably within transformation.
• At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation, AI or technology leadership.
• Strong background in AI use‑case development, digital platforms and Agile delivery.
• Diverse experience in at least two business domains and handling flagship or mega‑programs.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI use‑case development and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and Scrum rituals.
• Proficiency with portfolio and project tools such as Jira and Triskell.
