AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI‑driven solutions that create new value streams across our 29+ markets. Working from Cairo, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prototype and scale generative AI use cases, turning large, complex datasets into production‑ready analytics and AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Dive into large, multi‑domain datasets to uncover patterns and business opportunities.
• Design and maintain reliable ETL pipelines that support generative AI model deployment.
• Apply statistical, machine‑learning, and generative AI techniques to solve real‑world problems.
• Lead pilot projects from concept through full product lifecycle.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Work within SAFe Agile teams using Azure DevOps for continuous integration.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and share knowledge internally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in data science or AI development.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and willingness to engage with cross‑functional teams daily.
