About the role

Div Academy is looking for an experienced Odoo Development Instructor to join our teaching team. You will guide students through the Odoo framework, helping them acquire the skills needed to design, develop, and customize ERP applications for real‑world business scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands‑on workshops on Odoo development and customization.
• Design curriculum materials, exercises, and projects that reflect industry best practices.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and mentor learners to build confidence in Odoo.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Odoo releases and incorporate new features into training content.
• Collaborate with the academy’s curriculum team to continuously improve course offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of practical experience developing and customizing Odoo modules.
• Proven ability to teach technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for education.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
