About the role

The Air Freight Import Operations Associate supports the import side of air cargo logistics, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of shipments. You will work closely with the logistics team to provide administrative and clerical assistance that keeps daily operations running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle office administration tasks related to air freight imports, including documentation and data entry.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs agents, and internal departments to schedule and track inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and update logistics systems to reflect shipment status.
• Support the team by preparing reports, managing correspondence, and resolving routine issues.
