Alternative Channels Assistant Manager

About the role

The Alternative Channels Assistant Manager will support the manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects that expand our fintech partnerships and alternative channel offerings. This role bridges internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of new features and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Support management of partnerships with fintech companies.
• Contribute to developing value propositions for new features.
• Manage external and internal communications related to alternative channels.
• Coordinate testing phases, including UAT and pilot testing.
• Help prepare project closure activities and documentation.
• Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support implementation of project strategies and initiatives.
• Work with the Head of Department to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of alternative channels strategies.
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience in banking or fintech.
• Technical and business background is advantageous.
