Architect Team Leader

About the role

The Architect Team Leader will drive the architectural and engineering design process, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and cost‑effective solutions. This role combines technical direction with strategic oversight to guarantee project feasibility and alignment with market and regulatory demands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide concept design references aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise all technical activities, reviewing drafts, computer models, and approving design changes.
• Assess project feasibility through research on technology, design standards, regulations, and market demand.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of design drawings, documents, and consultant deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions.
• Create and update standards, policies, and procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of AutoCAD and related design software.
