Architecture Site Supervisor

About the role

The Architecture Site Supervisor will be based on‑site in Giza, overseeing the execution and quality of architectural works on active construction projects. This full‑time position ensures that design intent is accurately translated into built form while maintaining safety, compliance, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and design standards.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and project specifications.
• Report project status, support scheduling and resource planning.
• Maintain clear communication among all project stakeholders to keep work on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Strong architectural design and drawing interpretation skills.
• Proven experience in site supervision for residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian building codes, safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced site environment.

Required skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.
• Technical drawing interpretation.
