Architecture Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Architecture Team Leader to join a design team focused on residential and hospitality projects. The role involves leading architectural design efforts, driving design innovation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of detailed architectural drawings and design concepts for residential and hotel projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams, including engineers and interior designers, to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Prepare presentation and visualization materials for client meetings and design reviews.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance throughout the design process.
• Maintain compliance with hospitality and residential design standards and local building regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proven track record in residential and hotel project design.
• Strong understanding of hospitality and residential design standards.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM tools and workflows.
