Assistant Contracts Manager

About the role

JLL is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to support its Project & Development Services team in the MENA region. Based on the North Coast of Egypt, you will work on construction contracts for a variety of real‑estate projects, ensuring compliance and smooth administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts (FIDIC, ad‑hoc) from award to close‑out.
• Process payment certificates, progress claims and variation orders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and contract records.
• Monitor contractual compliance and support dispute resolution when needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to address contractual issues.
• Assist senior contracts managers in preparing reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in construction contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction processes.
• Ability to work independently and support a fast‑paced project environment.
