Assistant Manager – CRM & Loyalty

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, insight‑driven Assistant Manager to shape KFC’s customer engagement and retention strategy across the MENA region. The role will connect store‑level and user data to actionable decisions, guide the evolution of the loyalty program, and ensure CRM communications reflect KFC’s bold, customer‑first brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and own the loyalty and CRM strategy, aligning it with brand objectives, customer needs and market opportunities.
• Develop and launch targeted CRM campaigns (email, push, in‑app, SMS) for onboarding, retention, re‑engagement and win‑back.
• Create granular customer segments based on order history, preferences, behavior, demographics and app usage.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, churn, LTV and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Lead the evolution of KFC’s loyalty program, designing tier‑based benefits, bonus point events and exclusive offers.
• Manage the rewards catalog, point accrual rules and redemption processes to ensure a compelling value proposition.
• Collaborate with digital, operations and product teams to embed loyalty benefits throughout the customer journey.
• Benchmark regional loyalty ecosystems and drive innovation.
• Lead measurement and analysis of campaigns, including incrementality testing, A/B testing and basic forecasting.
• Translate complex data sets into clear insights for leadership.

Required profile

• Strategic and insight‑driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments (QSR, e‑commerce or food‑tech).
• Experience designing and executing CRM and loyalty initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
