About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the sales team in Minya, ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction remains high. This position involves coaching, motivating and developing staff to achieve sales objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor and coach sales staff.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to guide decision‑making.
- Maintain clear communication between upper management and the sales team.
- Handle customer relationships and resolve issues.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to drive sales initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and adapt to industry changes.
