Associate Manager, Sales (Minya On-Site)

About the role

Nestlé is hiring an Associate Manager, Sales (Minya On-Site) in Minya, Egypt. The role oversees the daily operations of the sales team, ensures targets are met and maintains high customer satisfaction, while leading, coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop effective sales strategies and foster a high-performance sales environment
• Recruit, train, mentor and coach sales staff
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions
• Ensure effective communication between upper management and the sales team
• Handle customer relationships and resolve issues
• Monitor sales pipelines and forecasts
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to drive sales initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles of 2-6 years
