AVP – Regulatory Technology (RegTech)

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – RegTech will lead the design, implementation and oversight of regulatory technology solutions, ensuring the organisation stays compliant with evolving regulations. The role works closely with compliance, risk, legal and IT teams to embed automation and digital transformation across regulatory reporting and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement RegTech platforms that automate regulatory reporting, monitoring and control processes.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, legal and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of third‑party RegTech solutions.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on regulatory change, data governance and technology risk.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional project teams to improve efficiency, accuracy and regulatory readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory technology, compliance automation or related fields.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing teams and complex projects.
