About the role

We are looking for a diligent Bank Teller to join our branch team. The role involves processing cash and non‑cash transactions accurately while delivering high‑quality service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash and non‑cash operations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Welcome clients, receive instructions, validate requests, obtain approvals, and forward them to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure compliance with branch policies, regulator recommendations, and Central Bank regulations.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations as needed.
• Cross‑sell bank products and services.
• Follow up on client instructions with relevant departments to guarantee proper and timely service delivery.
• Safeguard bank valuables and maintain accurate transaction records.
