Bar Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury resort on the Red Sea. As a Bar Waiter/Waitress you will be the face of the bar, delivering prompt and friendly service to guests enjoying drinks and light meals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a designated bar station, taking and serving guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Present daily specials, soups, and beverages, and explain menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Welcome guests with a smile, maintain eye contact, and use guest names when possible.
• Respond positively to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, following brand service standards.
• Promote targeted sales, suggest alternatives, and upsell beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, safeguarding any personal belongings left by guests.
• Follow all departmental procedures, operational rules, and health & safety guidelines.
• Participate in orientation training, attend scheduled performance assessments, and strive for 100% guest satisfaction.
