Beauty Consultant – Luxury Retail (Cairo)

About the role

The Beauty Consultant will represent Chalhoub Group’s luxury beauty portfolio in a flagship store in Cairo, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to all customers, answering queries on product range, usage, pricing and availability.
• Demonstrate makeup application techniques and explain product benefits to inspire purchases.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, track daily sales, and report performance.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked counter; replenish shelves, manage new launches and promotional displays according to brand guidelines.
• Generate post‑launch sales analysis and contribute to incentive programmes.
