About the role
The Bellman is a key member of the Guest Arrival team, ensuring every guest’s arrival and departure is memorable and seamless. Working in a dynamic hotel environment, you will be the friendly face that guides guests, handles operational tasks, and contributes to a safe, professional workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide information about the hotel and local area, and assist with luggage.
- Process operational needs such as check‑in/check‑out support, report completion, and handling guest requests.
- Move throughout the property, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods while performing hands‑on tasks.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and objects over 75 lb with assistance.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and uphold safety and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
