About the role

Octopus Outsourcing is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English to join its Alexandria team. You will interact with customers via phone, email and chat, delivering clear and courteous support while representing global client brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in French and English across multiple channels.
  • Document each case accurately in the CRM system and follow established procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets for response time, quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Fluent spoken and written French and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment handling multiple tasks.

Required skills

  • Experience using CRM software for case management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
