Bilingual Editor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual editor fluent in Arabic and English to train and evaluate AI chatbots. The contractor will interact with the bots, create conversation scripts, and assess their logical performance to help improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in Arabic‑English conversations with AI chatbots to measure progress and identify gaps.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Present diverse and complex problems to the bots and evaluate their outputs for correctness and performance.
• Analyze AI model behavior, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance overall quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Demonstrated knowledge of linguistics at an expert level.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Residency in Egypt.
