Bilingual Travel Advisor – French & English

About the role

FlairsTech is looking for a bilingual Travel Advisor to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Maadi. You will help clients design and book travel itineraries, delivering a seamless and personalized experience in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and organizing domestic and international travel.
• Provide tailored travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Manage bookings, ticketing, accommodations, and ancillary services through the company’s reservation platforms.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the travel journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate travel logistics and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a travel agency or related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑focused setting.
