BIM Coordinator – MEP, Architecture & Civil

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling across MEP, architecture, and civil disciplines for high‑rise residential and hospitality projects. The role involves managing BIM processes, ensuring standards compliance, and facilitating collaboration among design and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans and standards for all disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM models from concept through construction, ensuring accurate data exchange.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and related tools.
• Set up and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) via ACC/BIM 360.
• Act as the primary BIM contact, supporting architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Train and mentor design teams on Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks and other BIM software.
• Enforce company‑wide BIM templates, LOD specifications and ISO 19650 standards.
• Leverage automation tools such as Dynamo, Python and AI to improve design efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of BIM coordination experience, preferably with a developer or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD and ISO 19650.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve coordination issues.
