BIM Engineer 1 – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking BIM Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team of structural engineers. You will be responsible for creating and managing 3D structural models, producing detailed 2D drawings, and supporting design coordination across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit.
• Generate 2D drawing sheets from the 3D models and produce detailed drawings in AutoCAD.
• Exchange and manage mark‑ups across PDF, DWG and DWF formats.
• Apply sound structural judgment to schematics and initial proposals.
• Create foundation plans, sections, elevations and detailed sections as designs evolve.
• Prepare material take‑offs from models and drawings.
• Review sketches, specifications and engineering data to ensure compliance with design concepts.
• Support additional design and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of design and BIM modelling experience in structural engineering.
• Proven experience with concrete foundations, concrete structures and steel structures.
• Strong communication skills in French and ability to handle confidential information.
• Capacity to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
