Biology Lab Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Biology Lab Technician to support our Crop Protection discovery program. The role involves hands‑on laboratory work, data documentation, and collaboration with a dynamic research team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute experiments related to mode of action and bioanalytical studies for crop protection biology.
• Perform biochemistry techniques, including protein expression in E. coli and purification.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly lab activities such as equipment monitoring, cleaning, supply inventory, waste disposal, and general maintenance.
• Document all experimental work in an electronic laboratory notebook.
• Follow detailed protocols and workflow charts to ensure reproducibility and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a science‑related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
