Brand Design Associate Manager

About the role

PepsiCo’s Global Design team, comprising over 180 designers and thinkers, is looking for a Brand Design Associate Manager to lead visual identity work for beverage brands in Egypt. You will collaborate with design directors, brand teams, insights groups and global partners to turn brand strategy into compelling graphic and product executions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual identity for assigned brands, guiding a design team from concept through production.
• Generate creative proposals, scenarios and concepts to visualize desired outcomes.
• Translate consumer insights and research findings into actionable design requirements.
• Drive design recommendations, secure approvals and oversee artwork execution.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints and production processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of deep brand design experience, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
• Graphic design degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with risk and uncertainty.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D design software (a plus).
