Brand Designer

About the role

OneBank is launching Egypt’s first digital native bank and seeks a creative Brand Designer to shape its visual identity across all touchpoints. You will join an in‑house creative team, collaborating with marketing, product, and growth to turn strategy into compelling design.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve OneBank’s visual identity, from brand guidelines to app, social, campaigns, and offline assets.
• Lead end‑to‑end design for major campaigns and product launches, from concept through final delivery.
• Design across digital (app, web, social), print, and out‑of‑home formats.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure visual work drives performance.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that grows with the brand.
• Manage external agencies or freelancers when workload exceeds in‑house capacity.
• Guarantee brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branding and graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, print, campaign, and brand system work.
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Confidence presenting and defending design decisions to non‑design stakeholders.
