Business Analyst – IT/Software Development (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our innovative IT/software development team in Cairo. The role involves translating complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications and supporting projects from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document and manage stakeholder requirements for multiple projects.
• Produce functional and technical specifications based on business needs.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers and end‑users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or a related IT role.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities.
